Wax 'n' Wix is a woman-owned DIY candle-making business with over 20 years of experience creating wonderful guest experiences at one of our studios or at local venues. Our first stores opened in Lake George, New York, in the Adirondack Park. Today, you can still gather around the table at one of our three Lake George or Saratoga based studios. Candle makers choose shapes, wax colors and fragrance. We provide expert guidance and you make a candle that is uniquely yours. Founded by Lori Ferris in 2006, we enjoyed making candles with people of all shapes and sizes, ages and skill sets. We frequently partner with other local businesses and service providers. We also developed a robust on-line service creating custom branded candles for corporations and the Orthodox Jewish Community for promotional and fund raising purposes. As Lori says: "Candle making keeps us busy!"
